We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if in any case you are unsatisfied, we will be more than happy to assist you in exchanging to another item/size or by offering you store credit for the original value of the purchase. Returns and exchanges can be accepted within 20 days of receipt.
To arrange for a return for store credit or an exchange, please contact us at [email protected] and request for a RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization) number. Please include your order number, product details and the reason for return.
Any shipping costs for returned or exchanged goods are borne by the buyer, and we do not accept responsibility for the loss of goods being returned/exchanged.
Kindly note that we are unable to process returns on sale items as well as used and/or washed merchandise.
